Programme Description

This degree program introduces both the meeting planner's and convention service manager's perspectives to help students understand and appreciate the demands of the hospitality industry. Students will analyze the reams of data that can make or break conventions and meetings, plus outline the most effective techniques for reaching target markets and making sales. The degree imbues students with leadership skills, a background in management and the professionalism necessary for entry level managerial positions, through a combination of theoretical and practical training.
